Thirty days to catch up on an overdue list, or to settle into a home you just bought.
Listing Prep
Paint, cleaning, repairs and staging coordinated in two to three weeks, so your home is ready to list.
Pricing is a flat fee set at your walkthrough. Vendor costs are paid directly to the trades.
